This is such a standard whine but I shall whine it anyhow.

I wish I had more time to just hang around. Lately everything is a rush to get to the next rush. Job to job, site to site even rehearsals and parties seem like more work than they should be. Worst of all I've got to keep up the pace until I go away to Europe in five weeks.

Now I have to down my coffee, run up the street and do stuff with books.

I've been feeling that way for the last 5-6 years of my life like I'm always running to work or to some appointment or some class or something.... and then I suddenly realize I'm 35 and where did time go!

So you listen to Rouge Wave! My little sister keeps raving about them to me... maybe I should check them out.

So what's this Europe thing? An European tour??? how exciting!

I do realize that I can slow down, I also realize the costs involved in slowing down in such a manner. Frankly speaking this bitch needs to get PAID. And I'm working my fat butt cheeks off to do it.

To be completely honest the pace is not that absurd. I just want to be lazy again, which is not an option. I've made sure of that because I have aspirations and goals to reach. So far I'm on track.

I have the opposite problem. I need to find something productive to do when I'm not working - this sitting at the computer business gets boring. I think I might take a course in the new year. It's okay to set aside time to be lazy in - schedule it like anything else.
