These are ADHD mixes, very short and just a vignette of the idea. As always, I need real gear to actually do something creative and technical with them. *sigh* Some day.

For the astute you can play "name the LJ'er singing" on miles traveled. It's hard to tell as his voice has been cut up and compressed into 4bit micro samples. But it can be done!

I've got about *counts* 300 songs I could mix down. But lots of 'em are just.. experiments. New techniques and whatnot.

This is a great song, very cute. The hight of Ed Robertson's nerdy-yet- deceivingly insightful poeticism.

Wow, an understandable and fairly hype-free explaination of .Net. It's an interesting system, that's for sure. Seems to be a lot more platform agnostic than I'd thought. Unlike Java which was a platform in and of itself that just happened to run on others. Although I'm sure Windows.net servers are going to be very important for any internet connectivity.

I got new strings for my viola today. Pirastro Dominant's, cha-ching $70. But the sound is fantastic! It's a lot clearer and my attack much easier to manage. I can't believe I was playing on those old, dead ones for so long!

If I could go back in time to 1996 I'd start a Palm OS porno company. Palm for Palm I'd call it. I'm sure I coulda secured some hardcore VC at the time, then go IPO too early, sell off all my options and retire in Cancun sipping Daquiris served to me by buxom bear babes.

That's the plan.
