Well, ya learn something new everyday.
Dec. 27th, 2002 02:10 amHey, all your nerds with palm pilots that take batteries don't use rechargeables. They have a lower capacity and output meaning that they drive palm pilots nuts! Whenever I go to beam with rechargeable batteries in it crashes the memory manager. Makes sense, powering up the IR transmitter must take significantly more power ergo making things go awry.
Scored neato presents for xmas. A DVD player, Ben Folds DVD, 1yr at the YMCA, various clothing items (including a rad trés rock'n'roll jean jacket) and saw all my family. Much fun. Also got £100 from Dad and a card... he acts like nothing had gone wrong in the last four months of non-communication. What a fucker. But really my holiday has been super-awesome. But he gave me what works out to be $230Cdn... but takes 25 bank days (read: 5 weeks) to clear. Thwarted! I can survive until then... but play money would be nice.
Spent today with family eating and kibitzing. Much fun all around. I was bought many items that are coffee related from the extended family (as usual), am I really that much of an addict? Probably just hard to buy for.

Just settling into bed now. Gonna masturbate. maybe get a midnight snack and then leave for the t-dot once again and go to Vaseline for some truly "gay-ass" rock.
