When I'm pissed off I listen to El-P.

But let's focus on the positive, shall we? Last night Martin took me out for my b-day to the local korean net caf´ where my Warcraft III cherry was brutally violated. It's a fun game, I like how it's a lot like Warcaft II but expanded in a few smart ways in addition to having much more modern graphics.

Afterwards we went back to his place and talked politics and psychology with his older bro Gabe into the morning. I love Marz' family 'cause they're a bunch of leftist intellectual Argentinians who actually know about social repression first hand.

"a'ight" and "peace out" are now the official sayings of WHITE MTV VIEWERS EVERYWHERE. It's funny watching the Hip-hop "underground" get more and more... nerdy... as time goes on. The whole backpacker phenominon is what's gonna save hip-hop if you ask me. And ask anyone, hip-hop is always in need of a savin'.

I'm bored of chatting, I miss #dreamless and dreamless.org, those people were actually interesting. Newelement is showing signs of perhaps coming back to life in some format. I know I'm too lazy to do much these days. I'd like to get a nice digital camera and keep a photoblog of shows I go to though. I also wanna buy two decent turntables. Two Numark TTX1 and a PPD01 would be real sassy.

Yeah, today was dramatic. Tomorrow'll be better I hope.

Red Snapper is one of my favourite bands ever. Unfortunately I never got to see them live before the broke up sometime last year (I believe...)

Here's hoping!

hi Brodie Chree,

here's the latest news from lo recordings - sent to you via sonomu...

Red Snapper lives!

When Red Snapper came to us with a 3 track ep originally scheduled for release on the now defunct Nuphonic label we said 'it's great but is that all there is?' Much digging was done, tracks were remixed, heads were scratched and a new album was born. No vocals no drum and bass just beautiful music of which the chilled out 'Mountains and Valley's' is a good example. What's more people in the know reckon it's their best stuff for ages and we're inclined to agree. What a corker! Never has Lo sounded so mellow and groovy but as you know we're open to all things of quality. So here it is Red Snapper, another Lo Quality product. It's out next week in the UK and in March for the rest of the world but you can buy online now at Sonomu.net and www.posteverything.com

You can hear an exclusive streamed track, Mountains & Valleys, off the eagerly awaited new Red Snapper album, simply look up http://sonomu.net and follow the instructions.

P.S. The initial quantities of this album are available with ultra snazzy packaging featuring fabric labels made especially in Hong Kong!
