  1. Poached lemon grass and ground pepper salmon steaks
  2. Orange & ginger carmelized carrots
  3. Snow pea, baby carrot and bean sprout stir-fry vegetables
  4. Pays d'Oc Gerard Bertrand (robust!) red
And for dessert:
  1. Bramley apple & blackberry pie
  2. Chai tea lattes
Yes, I have out-done myself again. If I may say so myself: I'm by no means a great cook but when I'm on, I'm definitely on.

Best of all I doubt there's any more than 15g of fat in the whole meal! Excluding dessert of course.
