Music Microblog: Alternate Mice and Interpol

Although the new Modest Mouse record "Good News for People Who Love Bad News" is required listening this summer I would like to suggest another mouse. Long time IDM funsters Mouse on Mars have brought it down a notch from slightly more highbrow Niun Niggung or Idiology with their new record Radical Connector. O'course the purists think it's too pop and funky. But to my ears there's just enough structure to their weird little tiny computer sounds to make it imminently danceable and accessible to more people than the IDM aesthete.

Oh and the new Interpol record "Antics" is already on Soulseek although it's only in mono.
