Chillin' at Home

Movie idea: a cook who rises to fame cooking with THC laden oil. He gets caught by a peer who he must, in exchange for keeping a secrete, compete against without his pot oil. If he loses he is revealed as a hack. Sorta a Dumbo story but with weed and food.
