If there's a creative genius I admire most in music it's gotta be him. Sure his shit is fucked up, undanceable and generally sound jarring there's such a huge intellectual spark about it.
Carl Stephenson is the person behind that - first known for co-writing the song "Loser" with Beck, and produced several rap/hip-hop acts in the late 80's/early 90's
Also had a techno-triphop-celtic hit called "Dreams" that played on radio and MTV some around 1997.
