What could I have possible done?

Holy crap. It hurts from the back of my right eye to the base of my neck. No amount of Ibprophen and Cold Ice Rub seems to work. I just want to stab my head.

If it lasts, see a doctor, matey. It sounds neurological - possibly a migraine, or a pinched nerve, or something else. Get some medical help - you'll be glad you did if it lasts.

I'd take the good doctor's advice..

My suggestion? If you stab yourself in the head use one of those rubber spatulas.. should mean much less colateral damage to that handsome mug of yours.
