It's a cell phone with 64mb of internal memory, MP3 playback AND encoding. So basically it's an SMS bootlegging' walkman that happens to place and receive phone calls.

Yup, my guess it's for the SMS'ing Gen-y set that's worth millions in europe and japan.

I'm all about the 7190 myself. The roller wheel is excellent for navigating menus with one axis commonly found on cell phones.

Unfortunately, as Slashdot (http://slashdot.org/articles/01/10/11/1239256.shtml) points out, it won't store uncrippled MP3s, so it's just a useless, if pretty, piece of shit.
