Ack, so I was laying down a really phat track in my tracker. And guess what? I habbitually answered "No" to save changes when I exited as usually my stuff sounds like shit.

But this track was good! ARGH, I'm going to go sit in a corner now.

and then you realize you just saved CRAP over the GOOD stuff, and it's GONE.

Sure, I've done this in Photoshop and not a tracker, but the experience is similar ^_-
