That elaborate plot that you speak of was first put forth by the Ministry of Apathy and Passivity. Their goal was to induce Americans into a more "Canadian" way of life. Apathetic, passive, marijuana drug culture that we come to claim so proudly!

Watch your money change to funny coloured bits of paper with people you've never seen before or heard of! Watch as your country is led by a man who speaks from the left side of his face in a language that one he and his wife understand!
