WHOA MOMA! I'm high on endorphines right now.

Went to the gym on Paul's ([livejournal.com profile] zer0ith) guest pass after he came up to help me out with Ghetto1 (my broken box). Figured out that it's almost definitly the PS that's not working right or perhaps the motherboard, but likely the PS as the mobo is regulating to it's subsequent fans such as the one on my TNT2.

Anyhow, the gym! MAN, it rocked! Did 20mins on the Stairmaster. Star master indeed, almost in the DS way. Almost made it through without a rest on the random program. Next time I'll do better I'm sure. Then did a plethorea of machines. Of course both Paul and I have pretty good legs as we used to bike on the numerous trails in our old neighbourhood. West Hamilton to Sulphur Springs and back many a weekend and all 'round the trails in the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. I miss those days.

Ah yes, on topic again..

So of course being Hamilton and all there's lots of cute buff and furry Italian guys, 'specially in my area which is almost entirely Italian and Portuegeuse. Eye candy is good, but I think I was a good boy and concentrated on the workout.

I'm so signing up. Even if it just works out for a few months it's better than just hanging out at the Star Bucks or Second Cup. Without a doubt.

Xenophobic as it sounds...

I never knew there'd be Italian-descended guys in Canada.

I should get out more. :-)

There are heaps of everywhere-descended guys in Canada. Canada as we know it was practically founded on massive worldwide immigration. It's as Canadian as bilingual advertising for unnecessary government services.

According to this website (http://www.skillsforchange.org/statistics/toronto_stats/immigration_profile_toronto.htm), 17.4% of Canada's population, and 47.1% of Toronto's population, are first-generation immigrants. It doesn't say how many people are close descendants of immigrants (like children, grandchildren, or great-grandchildren of immigrants), but it's gotta be pretty huge, especially in Toronto.
