Jan. 16th, 2002 02:21 pmNote to self:
Next time while at the gym do significant stretching.
I think I've wrecked my delts, moving my arms above my head causes significant pain. Heck, moving my arms 90 degrees to reach the keyboard is uncomfortable.
So I'll stop typing now.
PS, today I have my viola lesson which involves keeping said arms of pain up for nearly 45minutes. Not usually a problem, but today it could prove trying.

Date: 2002-01-16 12:09 pm (UTC)You should try doing some leg work next time. *GRIN* Try walking after you've rested for a while. *GRIN* Heck, try walking down stairs after the workout...

Date: 2002-01-16 12:29 pm (UTC)My legs were hurting pretty bad although they recovered quickly. I think I've still got pretty good legs as I used to bike off-trail like a motherfscker when I used to live near Dundas. Even got a few scars to prove it!
