nfotxnSo the donuts were good. Not like alteringly so, but very tasty. A good 45min+ wait, but generally worth it. On the way out, whilst dodging and crazy traffic, some crusty cunted bitch gave us the double finger and mouthed profanities at us. Now, usually I'm Mr. Calm Cool and Collected but I just fuckin' blew a load of hot anger at her. I was so tired Saturday. zer0ith) wanted to see what the toolbox is like, so we drove past. Not exactly an impressive place.
Note to Paul:And dude, you don't wanna come some night, I mean feel free, I think it'd be cool but there are some rather graphic things that go on. Not that I'm daring you to, because I know you will if I do. ;) You also might get static if word got out that you're *gasp* straight. Seriously.
I finally saw Ian (etherlad) again, it's been a while since him and I did our movie thang. Rented Dune, the new 6hr made for TV version. Got 1/2 through before I really had to go home, I was just so tired. I mean, I can deal with tiredness really well, but I was virtually hearing and seeing things at that point. Rainchecked him the 2nd half (sorry!)
Spent today (once I woke up) with my cousin Elliot. Took him shopping with Aaron and I down on Locke St which is actually the closest thing to a homo ghetto Hamilton has, mostly nesting lesbians and a Unitarian church though ;) He's a really cool kid, very perceptive. Always seems to be pointing out the really subtle moires about things. Like today "hey, that ice [the ice on the escarpment access] looks like an old man's beard." Played Gauntlet for PS2 for a few hours (we are sooo defeating that dark wizard next time) and I showed him how to install an ATX motherboard, as that's what I was doing. I like playing big brother with him, it's fun.
Friday was lotsa fun as stated before. I have some buddies I can car pool with so I may be going a little more often. If I can make every second bbt bar night I'll be happy. I hope everyone was as glad to see me as I was them, I was pretty hyped about it as was indicated by my unstoppable exuberance.
