Today is a rolaids, bottled water (does it go well with my top?) and ibuprophen day.

Oh and sleeping, something that I plan to do more often than I actually do.

Oh no, I actually haven't had a drink in a good week or two at least. Just a big long and way-energetic rehearsal Friday night then up late chatting/coding only to be awake early this morning to teach from 8am-12pm.
