Well. Good evening. Today's been... a day. I think I've recovered from the weekend and found my equalibrium of feeling mediocre. I thought earlier that I was getting sick as I was nesting. I only do that when I'm about to be really ill, it's some sort of weird intuitive thing. As best as I can tell right now I'm fine though. Yahoo.

Met somebody new in Hamilton a while ago and didn't hear from him until today when my phone rang with a number I didn't recognize. Turns out it was Richard who was cool enough to introduce himself by his gay.com nickname. Although I was viciously flirtatious he's definitly one of those people I can actually chat with. Oh, and he's darn cute and all that stuff.

So that was the highlight of the evening. Grocery shopping and stressing over Dad sticking Mom and Aaron with the bills took up the majority of the night though. He's gone and stuck Aaron with the payments for his car and insurance this month. He has to pay them because the co-op for his degree requires him to be mobile. He thought he was being helped out too.. ugh, the Willie legacy lingers.

Finally listening to all the fantastic music Chris sent me. Really enjoying Disc and Couer Automatique specifically although it's all in the right vein of creative post-modern stylisms whosamacallits that I enjoy.

I've had the desire to grow something lately. Like flowers or something. I wanna see something grow.

If you are less ambitious, then try a spider plant. Almost everyone knows someone who has one that's having babies. Plant the baby in a pot, keep the dirt moist, and in a few months, yours will grow insane, and sprout babies too. Especially if it likes the window.

I love your usericons. You have the most rockin' icons of anyone I know on LJ. The groovitude of your icons just doesn't stop.

(Though I note you've taken down my favourite one... oh well.)

By the way...

Any chance of something happening between you and Richard? If so, good on ya. About time you met someone in Hamilton. You deserve to.
