It's just a matter for a third party to write the drivers. MS isn't including native support, but I don't think they'd poo poo the idea of a third party driver.
Very true. I think more precisely what I think I detect here is them being highly "competitive" about the interfaces that windows uses. I know Bluetooth™ holds a different niche market but USB 2.0 could have some cross over which they are very much behind with their peripherals division. It's not skin off their backs if they make it difficult for third parties to impliment competitive interfaces into Windows.
