nfotxnThere's this one guy who keeps responding to my bear411 ad each time using different email address. Now, as a matter of ettiquette I always respond with a "thank you" of some sort even if the other party responds with no reciprical profile or information. A compliment is a compliment and I'm really glad to be able to receive them. Let's be honest, the majority of the status-quo probably thinks I'm not compliment worthy.
I think I'll just take the compliments and run with 'em, call it willful perception. Or self-dillusion ;)
I'm having an excellent day today, lemme tell ya. My lesson was intense and very critical. That's what I love about Mrs. Spleit, when she compliments your playing she really means it. My playing hasn't been up to snuff lately, so receiving compliements from her are very much a motivational factor. I'm willing to play that game, I respect her an awful lot. And as a result I'm starting to live up to the exceptations placed on my. My Suite Hébraïque isn't gonna suck now!
Oh, and Mrs. Braun wants me to be the master of ceremonies for her spring concert in May! I've gotta write some material for it, I really don't wanna wing it. But I'm so sure I'm gonna rock! I've wanted this job since I started playing like with WHS.. a decade ago.
Another note! I think this summer I wanna do some bike touring around niagara to get my cardio endurance back up to where it used to be. Believe-it-or-not my fat-ass self used to be in pretty good shape when I was about 12-15 as I used to bike around the Dundas Valley conservation area in the revine like every weekend for hours and hours. So come slightly better weather I'm gonna tune my wheels (all two of 'em) and start trainging lightly.
Like everybody else in this part of the world I am waiting with baited breath for spring/summer. Not that I have S.A.D. but as I love to say "I like the sun. I want it to come back".
Did I mention I think this St. John's Wort I've been taking for a few months is starting to work?
