Inadvertently Italian

Tonight I made an alfredo sauce with al dente red peppers and portabella mushrooms. It pleased everyone. Listened to Vivaldi's Four Seasons while I cooked too. Had the complete Italian experienced. Just didn't have a good wine to go with dinner. Is the LCBO even open on Sunday?

yes, some LCBO locations have extended hours and some are open on sundays. the one my friends & i used to go to that had both was the one on dundurn street.

Hehe, I love that LCBO/Beer Store as it's right across from Earl Kitchener primary school. By day the area is a literal kindergarten busseling with sailor moon backpacks and brightly coloured rubber boots. By night it's the mecca of alcoholism busseling with parent's mini-vans, souped-up Honda Civics and guys you sorta knew from highschool busking away.

The contrast is hilarious, it'd be fun to take photographs.
