Gah. North American shoes use a different scale from the rest of the world. I reckon I'd have been right if you were using British shoe sizes.

The pressure differance in a gaseous stream is measured by a duel fluid differential manometer with Fluid A in the bottom, and fluid B resting on top on each side of the manometer in equal parts. There are resevoirs on each side of the manometer where fluid b rests sufficianly wide so as that the elevation differance in fluid B can be assumed to be equal on both sides of the manometer. What is the differencial pressure across the two points in the gas stream where the manometer connects if fluid A is higher by 14.5cm in one side of the manometer? Assume Fluid a is water, and fluid b has a a specific gravity of .851.
Correct Answer: B: 263.15 Pa
