It appears "Content/Captions/Accessibility Qween" Joe Clark, author a new book Building Accessible Websites has answered the Slashdotter's questions.

I met Joe at the Toolbox long ago when he was still writing his wildy scandelous and insightful Tales from the Toolbox. I remain the infamous guy who dissed his Cobalt Qube.

Joe's a really... interesting... guy. I consider myself a fairly intellectual human being and Joe leaves me in awe. Very eccentric guy and I think I enjoy him a lot more in text format but definitely worth checking out. The bears might wanna read his article Lycanthrophobia! which investigates the lack of hirsuitism in professional sports.

Interesting that he calls the area where the Toolbox is an industrial wasteland. Believe it or not , that area is slowly becoming one of the hottest areas in the city with the movie studios moving in, the tearing down of the Gardner, and the number of people moving in (especially gay people) and cleaning up that whole area.

Wow, Tales From the Toolbox is really quite horrid. Sucks to be him.

Yeah, he has a really pioneering spirit about people I found. Referred to often as his "lack of womanly intuition" which I don't think is as entirely unintentional as he lets on.

I used to work with - or should I say, around - him at one point in my previous life. Shudder.

Berried Echo

Oooh, I like that one. Anagrams are very useful things in performance art.

You're the second person to mention him to me in the last few days. The other is a straight guy on a BBS I'm on, who works for the W3C.

Said person pointed Clark out to me because of a web column he did in 1996 about the Toronto Gay Hockey Association's Friendship Tournament. It screamed BITTER QUEEN.
