Well you want to set up a camera first. Then, when the camera's in position, you pull off your top. Then you press the button on the camera to take a photo. You probably want to set it on a timer. You can also wait until the camera's about to take a photo, and then lift up your top. Sometimes people like seeing you lifting your top up, because they can visualize you in their room... taking off your top. Sometimes, if your top's already off, then it's like you've already jumped to the punchline.
