My face needs a lot more sunlight than it's been getting. I was wondering why E45 was so prominently displayed at the drug store. Now I know.

It's an emollient lotion often suggested from the treatment of mild psoriasis. Also UV light tends to treat psoriasis hence no daylight means my skin has gone to crap.
