Here I am, a lazy Sunday off work as part of an entire weekend off. I guess I'm considering it a birthday present I gave to myself in lew of actually quitting work early. The Hong Kong idea has gone up in smoke like a pile of Avian Flu infected chickens on the pyre. Although I have taken to reading Big White Guy lately. It's not another Bear Blog but about a white guy living in Hong Kong who's actively taking up the culture and history of the area.
Anyhow, I have more time to myself as Dad is caught at work until Thursday. It's working out well because I get to have some space for just about as long as I like before getting too lonely. Going up for tea at my Aunt Liz and Uncle Charlie's early tonight and then returning home for a nice quiet evening in. I might even get started on the obscenely huge pile of books I've acquired since moving here.
No promises.

Nice pic, looks like you want to curl up in the sunlight and sleep the day away.

Blah blah blah. Luck probably has more to do with it.

Date: 2004-02-09 06:57 am (UTC)Nobody likes a photo that tries too hard. Like all those guys with normal bodies in bear profiles and stuff who cross their arms strategically to look all muscley. It's like "Hello Mary, you're not fooling anyone!".
