375G of penne, 500g of ground beef (it's "organic"!), small jar of asparagus pesto, 500ml sun dried tomato sauce, 1/4 tin sun dried tomatos, 300ml hummous and some curry powder.

A bit spicy but I have on awesome pasta bake. Best of all now my fridge is empty!

It's actually mushed up asparagus. Great on pasta and light too.

Did you find a recipe or just experiment? Just that the hummous seems like an "odd" ingredient to add to a pasta bake.

It was just an experiment. I'm leaving this place for good and didn't want to leave much to waste. Hummous is just garlic, sesame and chickpeas which flavour ground beef quite effectively.
