Met Paul (
zer0ith) and Ray (
stingray1975) at Pearson today. Arrived early at about 2:30PM EST and had cleared customs at about 3:30 where, prompt as always, Ray was there waiting.
I'm in a bit of denial as to just how physically tired I am. I'd best get to bed so I can get an early start. It's the annual festival of strings after all. And I've promised to help the wee babies plunk out their notes, tune their violins and generally act like some sort of respetable role model.

Date: 2004-02-28 06:21 am (UTC)As for the string fest, if you get truly tired, I find it helps to tune the occasional kid's A string down a semi-tone so when they're playing Suzuki tunes with open strings, some teachers will hear tri-tones. In a sea of kiddy violinists they are never able to find the offenders. It drives them NUTS!
