Good weekend. Cleaned off all the patio furniture from winter grime with only two buckets of water. Not that I'm really much of a conservationalist or at least was trying to be intentionally. It's that my garden hose broke forcing my hand. Cleaned out the garage and moved my fridge to a new location in the kitchen making what is a shitty space slightly less shitty.

Hit the books today and cooked my first turkey for dinner. I had no idea that one has to remove the various turkey entrails from the chest cavity before baking. I'd be vegan if I were more naïve.

Tomorrow is my self-inflicted deadline for my first unit of which I've only completed about 2/5ths. Figuring out how the software to submit work to my teachers has taken a lot longer than I expected. Why can't I just use email it?

Now I'm going to go make some butter tarts, finish my reading and go to bed.

Mmmm...butter tarts?

Anything with butter will make my ears perk up. As a matter of fact, anything involving a bear and stick of butter will prolly do the same thing, hmmm...maybe also a can of icing. :-)

Thus, do tell what butter tarts are all about.
