I am driving down the Niagara Escarpment with my Aunt towards the Dundas Valley. As we turn the corner and crest the hill towards the descent I see the most beautiful light bathing the city. The setting sun is carnary yellow and casting deep blue shadows. In the sky is pink, red and the same yellow and blue.

We stop at the garden centre perched on the side of the road to go out and watch. I frantically look for my camera which is not to be found. There at the garden centre perched by the foot of the escarpment we meet a girl whom seems obviously a little developmentally challenged. Her name is "Alise" and she likes to sign her first initial in halved peaches with a paring knife.

The place I'm in seems like an amalgam of road side places I've been. It could be Hamilton or Brantford Ontario. Maybe Richmond Québec or Glenelg in Scotland.

The imagery in your dream sounds fantastic. I love the peach carving. It sounds strange, yet romantic.

Wonderful ! These moments are for you to keep, if you didn't found your camera, it was recorded on your hard disk.
