Oh i know you will survive. Its not a question of if, its a question of how your mindstate will be once your shift is over. I know from experience it will be a hard day, but just think of two things.

1) 8 hours * Rate of pay = $$.$$
2) You have done worse at the McD's UK

I work at the local unionized grocery mega-store. However I've also helped teach for the public school strings music program (violin, viola and cello) for the last 4 years excluding my time in Scotland. If that's what you're thinking of.

Quit yer bitchin' and do what I did: Set up a blow-job stand in the men's lavatory. You'll find the work is easy, you're your own boss, and you meet all kinds of new and interesting people over and over again.
Best of all is the money. I financed 4 years of undergraduate studies with just one semester of work! And if you can franchise your blow-job stand to other floors in the building, you can lay back and let others earn while you relax and let the cash roll in!

Try working at the Stouffville Country Market with all the inbred trailer park freaks...and I say that in the kindest way (really I do).
Lord God! If you can train 'em to order and drink a proper Latte you can train 'em to do ANYTHING!
At least the eye candy's not that bad.
