Wired would call it "Bio-morphic" or "Trans-human" or something. But admit it, glasses that attach to a piercing are just an impractical and lame conversation piece you use to get laid.

However, they look neat and I look forward to seeing them show up in movies.

And those piercings are commonly very crooked too.

Considering how many times my glasses have been knocked clear off my face, I can only imagine how many scars I'd end up with wearing thsoe ...

Yeah, I'm in the same camp there. I lose my glasses off my face all the time.

Also you have to wear that dorky looking piercing when you're not wearing your specs. Or take it out which kinda defeats the purpose of it being at all convenient.

OW.

They look very cool. But, yeah ... major pain if they are bumped or yanked.

Wonder if I am now officially old enough to start saying things like "kids these days!" ;)

nifty look, but considering how often my glasses get bumped/schmutzed up...

"hey, guys, hold on a sec - i need to unscrew my piercing, wipe my glasses down, and screw them back in"

i s'pose the design *would, however, allow me to thrash my head around without worrying about flying spectacles.

I think the piercing and/or the glasses look fine.

But what the FUCK is up with that hair?!?!?

Sad thing is, I don't think they'd get anyone laid, either.

Acording to the bio-mod dude it takes him 10 minutes with a screwdriver to get them off. Welcome to hell; here's your glasses.

I think he should also consider piercing some scissors onto his face to cut up some of that sir Galahad hair.

I'm sorry, it's just ridiculous. Even just walking around, the piercing (and glasses) bobbing up and down with each step would bug the shit out of me and probably feel weird too.

I've only just started wearing contacts, I'm appreciating them even more now!
