i've only heard the hidden cameras once..but at the time i just didnt dig it..and it kinda annoyed me cuz my friends were like 'omgz! the hidden cameras make me cum so hard!' or whatever the kids are saying these days..and i was just thinking 'wow. this is kinda annoying to me'.

Happy Days. The show that, to me, at the time, seemed to only be centered around trying to be cool like the Fonz. The show fizzled to an abismal halt. The whole world knew it was more than over when one of the characters, Pinky Tuscadero, tried to jump a motorcycle over a shark tank.
When a TV program has gone on a bit too long and the producers try to spice it up in an attempt to squeeze another season out of it, it is called jumping the shark.
Shit, yeah well I did watch Happy Days as a kid in syndication. Although I had no idea that was where the saying came from. It's like history happened before I was born! Err, pretend that didn't sound vastly egotistical and just quirky.
My most favourable exposure to Happy Days was the Weezer video for Buddy Holly.
