I've heard the the ABC song will supposedly expunge any song from anyone's head. So far I've had limited success, but only because everytime I've tried it, I think, "What song did I have in my head? Oh yeah . . ." It does seem to work for those brief moments where I have to recall the song, however.

I've had great success with "Girl From Ipanema." It washes out the earworm and doesn't leave itself in it's place.

oh i've had Girl From Ipanema stuck in my head for days at a time. In fact, I'm going to go to bed now before it gets stuck in my head now!
