It's Called The Wigsphere Now

Perhaps a symptom of the ailing local economy.. but more and more wig stores seem to be open. And I can't resist taking pictures of them. The whole concept has got that Terry Gilliam fantasy movie weirdness about it. A store of vain dismembered heads all convinced they're the fiercest 'stenions in all the land. It makes me giggle.
Which reminds me of the time Shawn and I were cruising (non-sexy type) down Spadina in Chinatown. We entered a wig shop just to be a nuisance. Perhaps the proprietor detected this as immediately upon entering he yelled out:
No sell wigs to public!Further cementing the hilariousness of the wig industry in my warped little mind.
