What an incredible weekend. Despite being sweaty and burnt the spirits were rallied and soared. With each passing same sex police couple, married couples, tolerant church and queer ethnic group I think we all see a bigger picture.

At the end of the day Toronto Pride feels bigger than the LGBT communities. It's about a city looking at it's communities and affirming each other. It's all just so very civilized and advanced. And it makes me very proud indeed.

You betcha! Now am I correct to assume your partner is going to be fully recognized and granted citizenship as any other marriage in the country?

Great photos! Toronto's pride looked a lot cleaner than Chicago pride.

The atmosphere was totally, perceptibly different. I was amazed.

Everything just felt relaxed. In four days and tens of thousands of people, we saw one poor, lonely soul who was upset about the "faggots" - everything else was like disneyland.

I heard that it was great fun, and that the alternative scene was better in other years, but generally it was a blast! God I miss TO Pride.
