Threadless.com Submission - Captain Bellyflop Strikes Again

We all need to vote for this shirt. The creator totally doesn't get the fat boy homo-erotic subtext. If lots of people vote it'll go into production.

What fun!

Voted for it! Gave it a five and an "I'd buy it".

Some of my all-time favorite shirts I own are from threadless!

They're pretty hot. And their Katrina relief shirt was rad.

Any idea how many votes it takes for a shirt to go live?

Not sure to be honest, it's in competition with all the others shirts in it's timeframe. So get all your bitches to vote!

Once again, the internet blows my mind

I've never seen this site before. The concept alone has made my mind a-splode. I need to make/submit one of these. I love this so very, very much.

Now, the problem is that I have the sense of humour of a lead pipe, and photoshop is the only drawing app I feel comfy in, which is not the optimal platform for teh sexy oldskool line-art that ppl love so.

Whoops. That was posted by me. Didn't realise you had anon posting enabled, nor that I was not logged in.

Yes, I am all democratic and shit so I keep anonymous posting enabled. So far no blog spam, yay!

I have lots of ideas for shirts but dunno if I could run a campaign to get threadless to print them. It's kinda evily genius-like really, having their users do all the creative and promo work for them...

and 60 comments... and nobody seems to have mentioned the bear-centric homoerotic undertones of the image in the comment thread.

For a lot of people that kinda homoeroticism, the kind that isn't like pretty boys from Queer as Folk, is just totally outside their realm of recognition. It's like whatever they called it in White Wolf that kept people from recognizing vampires. They're invisible because no one has ever identified them before :)
