This is a house near mine where some hippies live. Everyone needs hippies with brightly coloured houses in their neighbourhood.

Although it's possible they're just Nova Scotians. Whom I am informed paint their homes near the seaside bright colours in order to locate them in the fog.

The plentitude of plants in front of it causes me to think that the hippy theory is the most plausible.

It reminds me of the similarly colourful Quidi Vidi Village in St John's NF along the coast of the Atlantic.
