I'm keeping occupied. Not sure I like it. In fact I hate it. I'm stressed out. I snap at meaningless things like the annoying "actor" at Local Unionized who really has to stop practising his lame acting with customers. See? Meaningless shit. Although I still think actor kid is a ineffectual douche with his lame routines.

I think a lot just happened in the last three days but it's hard to recall. I interviewed for a temp position at the library and found problems with the test. Everyone in the room did actually. But I had the nuts to point it out which hopefully scores me brownie points. Layout stuff with mixed up measurements in inches and centimetres. Then translated foreign language periodical's dates and recorded them. Worst of all I had to write the information in a tiny 1/2cm cube. Given I have the fine motor skills when writing somewhat akin to an elephant's trunk I prefer broad sweeping motions.

I got unreasonably drunk Saturday night. And I've decided, just in time for Toronto Pride, that I'm going to cool it on the booze for a bit. Which is to say Monday through Wednesday I will be nearly Muslim in my avoidance of alcohol.

My main man Huw (wwabbit) will be coming to Ontario this Thursday. And I will be in Toronto probably Friday morning. I hope that day to see the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal at the ROM then proceed to gay it as hard as I possibly can until I'm puking chiffon perfectly syncopated in time with Celine Dion dance remixes.

I'm excited, if not a little nervous, about doing pride with a boyfriend. I'm sure it will all go swimmingly but this is all new to me. I also feel I've let a lot of friendships with the gays in my life lapse a bit and am hoping to reconnect. Hopefully not just in that high-speed "OMG HAPPY PRIDE!! *glug glug glug*" way.

Yeah I am still like green at it in a serious way. I am a big geek so I haven't had like serious boyfriends since failing at it like a few years ago. Now I am fiercing a man all, hopefully, more adult style with the easy going on top of the chemistry and so forth.
