I dunno if this is the work of Paper Rad as their web site, despite it's epileptic hotness, seems a titch out of date. But I love what M.I.A. does. She actually studied fine art, film and graphic design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design which is an accreditation that makes me like her more.

This is what I love about hip-hop. There are legitimate artists like MIA and totally head-fucked ones like R Kelly who, judged by the same standards, both come out strong.

Just listen to "The Zoo". I like MIA better because her work is obviously a little more intentional.

yes i like that new M.I.A. song, thankfully. i never could get into arular and so i felt extremely unhip considering how much it was played around these parts... maybe i can finally get on the M.I.A. wagon with this new one.

Tight track, although I'm less pro-M.I.A. after she dissed my town. (Her stated reason for not wanting to play a gig in Pgh -- a show at one of the local colleges, so guaranteed big money -- was that she didn't want to play Pittsburgh on a Friday. Dear M.I.A.: eat it.)
