Stuck in my door today. The CBC is shooting a movie about guns on my street. They probably really like our hill.

How downright courteous! I love that they even took the time to give you a *synopsis* of what will be filming.

Around here, all they do is plunk a note on your door that basically says "We're filming here. You can't stop us. We can do whatever we want. Parking and traffic will suck. Consider yourself lucky." (in permit-speak, of course).

Yeah isn't it just so precious? It is the CBC after all. Frankly I was expecting perhaps a nice tin of cookies or promotional hat.

In fact I am demanding merchandise if I can't get to my door.

They were filming at Niki's building a couple of weeks ago too. Same notice went up there.

yeah they shooted at my house last week. well the outside of my house/street and the inside of the guy across the street. it was pretty annoying , we had to sign that it was ok for them to be moving trucks and having bright lights at 2 and 3 am

Yeah they love all those nice old Victorian houses and trees and stuff in your neighbourhood.
