Yeah I encoded natively with h.264 and apparently that's what YouTube wants on the back-end. But their front end is a little, well, butterface.

Ah yes, I may have a script that borrows youtube videos for me. And they arrive in h.264. Which is a neat codec but holy crap heavy on the CPU utilization.

Oh that sneaky Apple. They remind me of Microsoft back when they didn't suck balls.
