BBQ Hippie Kibble

I don't claim to be a particularly good cook. But I know what's trendy and I really like looking good. So I bought some bamboo skewers, black and brown peppers, various cute baby egg plants and sweet onions. Grilled them up coated in some keffir lime and coriander sauce and garnished with pepitas. Add some freshly squeezed lemonade infused with mint from the garden and I was a happy boy.

But I prefer to cook for others.
