So, you may have noticed my journal has been a touch.. moody.. in the past few days. I found out what the problem is, I needed to sleep like mad styles. I had a good 2hr nap late this afternoon. I'm feeling better, but still close to the edge of unwellness. I've always known I'm an individual who needs a minimum of 8hrs of seeping (not lying in bed) or else my mood is altered. Depressive, short-tempered, "Misanthropic". All these things.

But I'm good now. Gonna go to bed and wake early tonight and tommorow. Here's to healthy living.

Also considering joining a gym here. I was working out for about a month earlier in the summer and got results pretty quickly, although they're fading as fast as they came. Aaron's got three weeks off between terms, he works out religiously, I might go with him.

Yeah, healthy livin'.
