Party!

So I'm going to have a party sometime in the next few weeks. Aaron and I were talking about it today (while sober). Everyone is welcome to come if I know you, it'll be quite the mix of folks. Pretty much if I know you you're welcome to come. I'm going to rent a PA and some decks, start it early and have a BBQ and what not. Considering charging like a $5 cover, or bring food/booze sorta deal with a jar to cover the cost of the sound system. We have a pretty large back yard, so I'd like to use that given good weather and the inside is big enough if the weather gets crumby. I think it'd be awesome if we jack a bass into the PA and scratch some breakbeat records doing some loungey down-tempo stuff. I know lots of good bass players! I'm really into setting up a good vibe party right now to break-up the august dulldrum.

i've bitched about it before, but if i'm not finishing up softball season, i'm SOOO there. playoffs are coming up and i can't miss those whether or not i want to even play.
