Ever have one of those days when you wake up and nothing has changed... but you feel like your life is something completely new? I'm having one of those days. Maybe it's industrial strength psychotropic elements in my environment, I really can't be sure.

So I did HECE today. It was good to be back after I fucked up last week. Straight from 5:30-8pm without a break, which I actually kinda like because you can really ride the energy without getting diced up with periods of non-musicality. Mrs. Spleit was especially critical of my playing, as was expected and I took it with a smile.

Paul picked me up and we ended up back at my place for pizza. We watched Kink. I dunno what to say about that show... all the case studies are the most extraordinarily blown-up head cases. It's not that their fucked-up-ness makes them kinky, it's just that the producers seem to choose very unlikeable people. I don't make a point of watching that show.

Kink

So now I'm thinking about kink in general. Personally I approach it from the same perspective I approach para-sailing, bungie jumping and extreme white water rafting. If somebody asked me if I'd like to try i'd probably agree with a bit of apprehension. It definitely couldn't really become a major part of my lifestyle unless I found something I really really liked.

Additionally, just like extreme sports, there's a lot of posers in kink. Not a fan of the posers 'cause I am "4-real".

STOP THE PRESS. Wait a sec. I guess I am kinky, I mean I dig big hairy older guys (in moderate degrees of each term). And it is a part of my lifestyle to another moderate degree.
